1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website, letting the site remember your actions and preferences. We also use similar technologies such as local storage; where this policy says “cookies”, it covers those too.
2. Your choice
On your first visit we show a banner with three options: Allow all cookies, Necessary only, and Customise, where analytics and marketing can be switched on or off individually.
Strictly necessary cookies are set because the site cannot work without them and do not require consent. Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories is set until you choose, and “Necessary only” means they are never set. We do not treat scrolling, dismissing the banner or continued browsing as consent.
Your choice is stored for twelve months in a first-party cookie called tck_consent. Change or withdraw it at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting.

Strictly necessary
Security, bot filtering, contact-form delivery and remembering your cookie preference. Always active.
Analytics
Aggregated, de-identified measurement of page and campaign performance. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled we run it with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics storage is used before consent.
Marketing
Measuring whether advertising leads to an enquiry, and building remarketing audiences. Off by default.

5. Third parties and transfers outside the EEA
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by the providers named above, acting as processors or, for their own purposes, as independent controllers. Some may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or on Standard Contractual Clauses. Each provider publishes its own policy.
6. Browser controls
Independently of our banner, every major browser can block or delete cookies and most offer tracking prevention. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of this site, including the contact form. Deleting cookies also deletes your stored preference, so you will be asked again.
7. Your rights
Where cookie data is personal data under the GDPR you can access it, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Our Privacy Policy explains how, and how to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
8. Changes
If we add a cookie, remove one, or change what one is for, we will update this page and ask for consent again where the change is material.
